Lightweight, minimalist solution for increasing rear bag stability. I have the Arisaka SAA and bag rider on a different rifle and this gives 90% of the same bag rider surface area without all the added length and weight. Will be purchasing another for a SL stock.

While shooting CTR stocks off a bag is not a huge issue, having to reposition the stock after every shot on my .458 SOCOMs gets old after a while. I found out about this device and ordered three, thinking at this cheap price, what the heck? After receiving them, I was totally impressed with how easily and securely they mounted as well as being aesthetically pleasing and the FDE color match to the CTR is very close. But what surprised me most was how much they increased stability of the stock on the bunny ears rear bag. I do not need to adjust the position of the stock on the rest near as often. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is it does seem to scuff up the leather a bit more than I would prefer, so for my likes, I wish the bag ridder portion was smooth rather than checkered. I like them so much I ordered four more and when they come back in stock, I’ll order six more. My advice, try a few, you won’t regret it.
