Returns for incorrectly ordered items (I’m looking at you, Bravo stock guy ordering a Sopmod bag rider) are accepted if the item is not damaged/blemished. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Upon receipt of the item we then refund the order and the customer can place a new order.
Orders that have been returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer can either be refunded (once item is received back here) less shipping, or re-shipped to the correct address. Customer will pay shipping on the new shipment.
